Tenancy Officer – Permanent full time

Centacare Evolve Housing manages around 1,700 social and affordable housing properties state-wide and are building many new properties in response to the housing shortage. We are much more than the bricks and mortar - our team combines effective tenancy management with a strong commitment to tenant and community wellbeing.

We are currently seeking a Tenancy Officer to join our team on a full time basis located at Bridgewater. We are looking for a committed individual who is passionate about providing high quality tenancy and property management services.

Your Role:
• To support the Tenancy Services Manager by ensuring the delivery of high quality and compliant tenancy management.
• To ensure services are delivered in a manner that supports sustainable tenancies.
• To develop a positive and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders both internal and external.

What you bring to the role:
• Demonstrated experience in tenancy / property management and an understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997.
• Understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of people on low incomes or with complex needs including the ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality.
• Qualifications in real estate, property management or community services at Diploma level or higher are highly desirable.
• Enthusiasm and passion for your role
• Current unrestricted Drivers Licence
