Christmas Mass Services

The Archdiocese of Hobart warmly welcomes you to its Christmas Mass services for 2021.

Catholic churches across Tasmania are open and ready to safely welcome parishioners and interstate visitors who wish to attend Christmas services.

Tasmania’s Catholic churches are operating within government-mandated COVID-19 guidelines and follow public health advice, which includes the mandatory wearing of masks in community venues such as churches.

To ensure the continued safety of our communities and visitors, please check-in to our churches using the ‘Check-in Tas.’ App. or by manually signing the book at the entrance to the church.

Parishioners and visitors are encouraged to use the hand sanitiser stations provided, and follow physical distancing requirements when arriving and leaving church. Each church is cleaned following Mass services. If you are feeling unwell, please consider the well-being of others and stay home. You can watch the live streaming of our Christmas services on the Archdiocese of Hobart’s YouTube channel.

Thank you for your consideration and cooperation as we excitedly await the birth of our Saviour, Jesus Christ!
