Case Manager - North
Housing Connect Support Service
Fixed term until 30 June 2017 (with potential to extend for a further 12 months pending confirmation of NPaH funding)
In this position you will be part of a team which provides support, advice & information to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. You will need to be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard, be client focused, creative, optimistic and resilient.
If you have experience in working with clients with complex service delivery needs and are able to manage working in environments with high caseloads and competing demands, this is an excellent opportunity to work develop or extend your skill and experience in working with a broad range of issues and individuals.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (or working toward) are deemed essential.
